Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in to the administrator section, please try the following link.  If your customers are having trouble logging in to a gallery, send them this link: http://web.sendtoprint.net/magic.asp

If you have troubles uploading galleries or orders. If you get server errors, "waiting for server" message, or the software hangs, it might be  a result of a setting on your computer, such as a firewall configuration. Click here for a complete troubleshooting guide
